Is it really unlimited?

In the UK, yes: truly unlimited, no caps, no throttling. In Europe it’s unlimited calls and texts plus 35GB of data a month, with no daily charge.

What happens if I go to Europe on the £15 plan?

Nothing, and that’s the point: roaming is off, so you can’t run up a bill. Ask us and we’ll switch you to the £20 plan.

Can I change plan?

Up to Europe whenever you ask us. Down to UK at your next renewal. No fees either way.

Do I need a credit check?

No. You pay a month ahead by card, so there’s nothing to check.
