Boundless Telecom Ltd — Consumer terms of service. Version 1.0, 11 October 2026. These terms apply to the Boundless UK and Boundless Europe plans bought at boundlessphone.com by consumers in the United Kingdom.
1. Who we are
Boundless Telecom Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16328940), Office 5, Northgate Business Centre, Northgate, Whitelund Industrial Estate, Morecambe, Lancashire, LA3 3PA. Email admin@boundlessphone.com, phone 0121 716 2160. Your service runs on a UK mobile network operated by our wholesale partner.
2. The service
A SIM or eSIM giving unlimited UK data, calls and texts (Boundless UK) or the same plus 35GB of data a month and unlimited calls and texts across the EU and EEA, and 2,000 minutes and 2,000 texts a month from the UK to EU numbers (Boundless Europe). Premium-rate numbers (084, 087, 09), international calls outside the EU, and directory enquiries are not included and are charged at the rates on our Help page. “Unlimited” means we do not cap or slow UK data, calls or texts for ordinary personal use; use that is commercial, continuous machine-to-machine, or resold is not permitted. Europe data stops at 35GB a month and can be topped up.
3. Starting
Your contract starts when we confirm your order by email after payment. eSIM QR codes are emailed within 3 hours of ordering between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, otherwise the next working day. Physical SIMs are posted within 48 hours. Your plan runs from the day the SIM is activated. We may refuse an order where we reasonably believe it is fraudulent or for resale.
4. Price and payment
£15 a month (Boundless UK) or £20 a month (Boundless Europe), including VAT, paid by card in advance every 30 days through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store card details. If a payment fails we will tell you and retry; if it still fails after 7 days we may suspend the line until it is paid. You can switch between the two plans at any renewal.
5. Changing your mind
As a distance sale you have 14 days from the day after your order to cancel for any reason. Tell us by email. We refund in full, less a fair amount for any days the service was live, within 14 days.
6. Cancelling
There is no minimum term. Give us 30 days’ notice by email at any time. Your service runs to the end of those 30 days and anything you have paid for beyond that is credited and refunded to your card. There is no cancellation fee. If you simply stop paying, the line is suspended after 7 days and closed after 60 days.
7. Your number
Boundless is designed as a second SIM alongside your existing one. We do not currently accept numbers transferred in from another network, and we do not issue PAC codes for transfer out. Your Boundless number stays with us when you leave.
8. Fair and lawful use
You must not use the service for anything unlawful, to send spam or nuisance calls, to run a call centre or SIM-box, or in a way that harms the network or other customers. We may suspend or end the service, with notice where we reasonably can, if you do.
9. Coverage and faults
Mobile coverage varies with location, buildings, weather and demand; we cannot guarantee coverage everywhere. Check your postcode on our Coverage page before ordering. Report faults to us and we will work with the network to fix them. Where a fault is on our side and lasts more than 72 hours after you report it, we credit the days lost.
10. Changes
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email of any change to price or to these terms that is not in your favour, and you can leave without penalty before it takes effect.
11. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network outages at our wholesale partner. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Complaints and disputes
See our Complaints code below. If we cannot resolve a complaint within 8 weeks, or we write to you saying we have reached deadlock, you can refer it free to the independent alternative dispute resolution scheme named there.
13. General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there). Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
